IRS-941 Plugin ver. 6.1 released

Version 6.1 adds the IRS 3rd Qtr updates to forms and calculations, in addition to v6.0's 2nd Qtr data, worksheet calculations, and tax form revisions due to COVID-19 changes to payroll taxes.
