Qtools Software does not offer telephone support. By handling support issues via email, you will be in direct contact with the software's developers, which leads to speedy resolution of most issues.

We can not guarantee a response time, however we usually respond within 2 hours during normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm PT, Mon - Fri).

Having a problem?

1. Check our Bug Alerts page first for the latest information on existing bugs and workarounds.
2. Click on the link for your product in the menu on the left and consult its online user guide.
3. If you do not find a solution to your problem in the first 3 steps, please send an email to support@qtools.com with a detailed description of the problem. Both Qxtender and Qslip have a "Tech Support Info Tool" on the Help menu that will help you quickly create an email with important software and system information. We strongly encourage you to use the tool as it leads to quicker resolution of many problems.

PDF versions of the online documentation allow for offline viewing and printing.

Right-click on the below link and choose Save As from the pop-up menu. This will download the PDF to your computer. If you do a normal left button click, the PDF document will be opened within your web browser.
