Except for the reasons listed below, we do not offer refunds on license purchases.
Why?
All our software functions sufficiently when running in unlicensed trial mode to determine if it meets a user's needs. It is the responsibility of the customer to download and trial the software prior to purchase.
Unlike a physical product, there is no real way for a purchaser to return a software license key.
So, be sure to take advantage of the fact that you can download, install and trial our software before purchasing.
Refunds will be made within 60 days of purchase under the following circumstances:
- If an aspect of the software that is restricted when running in unlicensed trial mode fails to perform as expected after the product is licensed.
- If a critical bug is found that prevents functional use of the product and a fix is not released within 30 days.
