IRS-941 Plugin ver. 8.0 released

Version 8.0 adds the IRS 2nd Qtr 2021 updates to forms and calculations, new worksheet calculations, and tax form revisions due to new ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) COVID-19 changes to payroll taxes.
