Qxtender - User Guide - Troubleshooting

"Certificate is Invalid" error when connecting to QB in QB Integrated App Data Mode.
The principal causes of this type of error are:
  1. QB requires all integrated apps to be code-signed with a valid certificate. Our software is signed as required, but your system certificate store has not been updated with the current root certificates from Microsoft that validate our certificate.
Take the following steps to resolve this problem
  1. Close Qxtender and QB.
  2. Run the Microsoft Update or Windows Update utility on your system.
  3. Locate the update named "Update for Root Certificates" and select it.
  4. Download and install the updates.
  5. Re-start QB and then Qxtender.
If the above fails to correct the problem, Contact Qtools Support with a description of the remaining problem(s).
