Qxtender - User Guide - Troubleshooting
"Certificate is Invalid" error when connecting to QB in QB Integrated App Data Mode.
The principal causes of this type of error are:
- QB requires all integrated apps to be code-signed with a valid certificate. Our software is signed as required, but your system certificate store has not been updated with the current root certificates from Microsoft that validate our certificate.
|
Take the following steps to resolve this problem
- Close Qxtender and QB.
- Run the Microsoft Update or Windows Update utility on your system.
- Locate the update named "Update for Root Certificates" and select it.
- Download and install the updates.
- Re-start QB and then Qxtender.
If the above fails to correct the problem, Contact Qtools Support with a description of the remaining problem(s).
