This upgrade is only available to users who have previously purchased a full new-user license to this Plugin.
This is a paid* upgrade due to the significant number of changes to the tax report forms and the requirement to undergo a re-approval process with the Tax Agency. (see our Plugin Pricing page for more information).
Be sure to first update Qxtender using its integrated Online Update utility, or download and install the current Qxtender installer from the downloads section on this website. Then choose a payment option below.
Please enter your existing CAEDDDE542 Plugin License Key (this can be found on the "Upgrade this Plugin" tab page of the Plugin), or enter "NA" and when you reach the PayPal site, fill in the "Additional User Information" box with enough information for us to locate your customer record.
We recommend using the same Name for the license as used to register your Plugin previously.

After the completion of your purchase transaction at PayPal you will receive 2 emails -- a payment confirmation from PayPal, and an email from Qtools Software with your newly issued License Name & Key. Run Qxtender and launch the Plugin. Click on the "Upgrade this Plugin" tab page. Enter the Name & Key and click the "Activate" button.
IMPORTANT!: If you are an AOL or MSN user, or using other forms of spam filtering, beware that your SPAM filtering may incorrectly identify emails from us as SPAM. Add QTOOLS.COM to your Safe List. If you do not receive your registration email from us promptly, check your JUNK (BULK, etc.) folder.
Your license key should arrive within 10 minutes of ordering. Contact our support email address if you do not receive it within 30 minutes.
Also, you are not required to have a PayPal account in order to place an order through PayPal. When you reach the PayPal ordering page just click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button. If you have any difficulties ordering through PayPal, please email our support email address and we will make other arrangements.
* Note: If you purchased a license to the CAEDDDE542 Plugin ver.1 after November 29, 2007, you are entitled to a free upgrade. If you have not received your new license key, please contact Qtools Support.
